Holly is our foundation bitch.
She was bred by Christine House who owns the Gleadsbury kennel in Cheshire.
Holly is quite a character; she is the naughty girl in the family. When it comes to food she is a top class thief, there aren’t many places on a kitchen work surface Holly can’t reach and if someone is raiding the kitchen bin, you can guarantee it will be Holly.
As you can see from the photo she loves to pretend she is human, and when it comes to family meal times, if there is a spare seat at the table, given half a chance Holly will be sitting in it!!
Holly, however, comes into her own when she is hunting in the fields and hedgerows; she has not been trained to work and therefore has not had her enthusiasm channelled but nevertheless displays innate ability and tremendous stamina and most importantly thoroughly enjoys doing what comes naturally!!
Holly is now retired from maternal duties but produced 2 lovely litters from which we kept Ladyhawke Andromeda
